Hepatitis B Symptoms

The risk of a viral infection exists when blood, sperm or other body fluids of the virus carrier or patient get to another person. Infection can occur as a result of sexual intercourse with an infected person or when using shared needles, syringes or any other means for injecting. Viral hepatitis B can be transmitted from mother to newborn during labor. Diagnosis of viral hepatitis B is possible only with the help of a special blood test.
